Side effects and safety
Most common: nausea, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, usually early on or after a dose change. Less common but serious: pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, severe stomach pain, allergic reaction, changes in vision for people with diabetes. Tell your provider about every medication you take, including insulin and other diabetes medications. Report severe or persistent symptoms immediately, and call 911 in an emergency.

Do I need labs before I start?
Often, yes. Labs give your provider a baseline and can surface thyroid, metabolic or hormone issues that affect weight. Your provider orders what is needed and you have it drawn at a lab near you, or you upload recent results.
Semaglutide or tirzepatide, which one?
Both are options a provider may consider. Which one, if either, is appropriate depends on your history, other medications, tolerance and availability. That decision belongs to your provider, not to a website.
What about side effects?
The most commonly reported effects are digestive: nausea, reflux, constipation or diarrhea, usually early on or after a dose change. Less common but serious risks exist and your provider reviews the full profile with you before anything is prescribed. Dosing is adjusted based on how you respond, and you can message the care team any time.
I have taken a GLP-1 before. Can I continue?

What is the difference between the 3-month and 6-month plans and monthly?

They do not auto-renew. Monthly plans bill each month and can be cancelled any time. Multi-month packages cannot be combined with coupon codes.
What happens if I want to stop?
Talk to your provider first so you can taper thoughtfully and plan what comes next for nutrition, activity and follow-up. There are no long-term contracts. Monthly plans cancel any time; a multi-month shipment that has already shipped is non-refundable, consistent with pharmacy regulations.
