Every therapy on this page is prescribed only when a licensed provider determines it is medically appropriate for you, after a visit and, where needed, labs. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and are not FDA approved. Off-label use means a provider prescribes an FDA-approved medication for a purpose other than its approved indication, based on clinical judgment. No therapy here is presented as preventing disease or extending lifespan. Results vary.

Measured, explained and supervised.
Longevity care attracts a lot of noise. Our approach is simple: measure first, explain what is and is not known about a therapy, and let a licensed provider decide with you whether it belongs in your plan.
- Baseline labs before therapy, so decisions rest on data
- Honest explanations of evidence, including where it is limited
- Clear labeling of what is FDA-approved, off-label or compounded
- Follow-up visits, not one-off orders

Straight answers on longevity care.
Are these therapies FDA approved?
Some are FDA-approved medications used as prescribed, some are FDA-approved medications a provider may prescribe off-label, and some are compounded by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient. Compounded medications are not FDA approved. Each card on this page says which applies, and your provider explains it again before anything is prescribed.
Can I just order NAD+ or glutathione?
No. Every therapy on this page is a prescription that a licensed provider decides on case by case after a visit. That is deliberate. It is what separates a medical practice from a supplement shop.
What do these therapies cost?
Each therapy is priced individually and shown in the secure scheduler before you book. Because everything on this page is prescribed case by case, the exact figure depends on what your provider decides with you.
Will these help me live longer?
No one can promise that, and REFUVIA does not. What a provider can do is review your labs and goals, explain what is and is not known about a therapy, and help you decide whether it fits. Results vary from person to person.
Do I need labs first?
Usually. A baseline panel tells your provider where you stand and rules out things that should be addressed first. Your provider chooses the testing that fits your goals.
What about the programs marked Coming Soon?
Epigenetic testing, nutrition coaching and virtual fitness are in development and not yet available. Contact customer support if you would like to hear when they launch. Nothing marked Coming Soon can be booked today.
All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare professionals. Medications are prescribed only when medically necessary. GLP-1 medications are not suitable for everyone. Results may vary.
