Compounded medications are not FDA approved, are not the same as any FDA-approved branded product, and are prescribed only when a licensed provider determines they are medically appropriate. Where a price appears on this site, it is a starting price and varies by the medication prescribed. Final pricing is always shown in the patient portal before you pay.
Who provides the medical care
Clinical services are provided by licensed providers. REFUVIA Wellness (Faithful Health and Wellness LLC) is not a medical practice and does not practice medicine. Consultations, lab orders, lab review, prescribing and ongoing monitoring are performed by independent, licensed providers and care team members who see patients under the REFUVIA Wellness brand through the Heally care platform. Those providers are licensed in the state where the patient is located at the time of the visit. Prescriptions, when written, are filled by licensed pharmacies.
The founders of REFUVIA Wellness are not physicians. They do not order labs, interpret results or make any decision about medication.
Telehealth informed consent
Care is delivered by telehealth. Before your first visit you will be asked to review and accept the Heally Patient Terms, which include the full Telehealth Informed Consent: what telehealth is, its benefits, its risks and limitations, that no result is guaranteed, that it is not for emergencies, and that participation is voluntary. Please read it before you book.
Not for emergencies or crisis
