REFUVIA offers both FDA-approved branded medications and compounded alternatives. Which is right for you is determined by your provider during your consultation, based on medical necessity, availability and your preference. Pricing shown is a starting point and varies by the medication prescribed. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy and are not FDA approved. Multi-month packages are dispensed in one shipment and are for patients established on a stable dose.

Results vary. Clinical trial results apply only to the FDA-approved branded medication specifically identified and do not apply to compounded medications. All medications must be prescribed by a licensed provider based on medical necessity.

The REFUVIA approach

We meet people where they are, listen first, explain plainly, and stay with them.

The name comes from Refuah, the Hebrew word for healing, and Via, the way. REFUVIA is a path toward restoration and better health: personalized, evidence-based care with ongoing support, built to look established from day one and to stay accessible.

  • Restoration. Care that starts from how you feel, not a number on a scale.
  • Understanding. Plain explanations of what a treatment is, and is not.
  • Integrity. Licensed providers make every clinical decision. Nothing is prescribed because you asked for it.
  • Vitality. Progress you make is progress you keep, because someone is following you.

Timing

What "usually within the hour" means

The free consultation is a call with the care team, not a provider visit, so it does not need a clinical slot. Most people who book during business hours talk to someone the same hour. Provider visits are booked from the scheduler at a time that suits you, and most are available within a day or two. Medication, if prescribed, usually ships within a few business days.

Questions & answers

The things people ask before they book.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. Your first conversation is a free call with the care team, usually available within the hour. Nothing is charged, and you only see program pricing in detail if you decide to book a provider visit. There is no obligation to continue.

Is this real medical care?

Yes. Every visit is with a licensed provider in your state who reviews your history, your goals and, where needed, your labs. Prescriptions are written only when a provider determines a medication is medically necessary, and they are filled by licensed pharmacies.

Who will I be treated by?

A licensed provider in the state where you are located at the time of your visit. All medical decisions, including whether a medication is appropriate for you, are made by that provider, not by REFUVIA and not by this website.

Am I guaranteed a prescription?

No. A consultation is a conversation, not a purchase. Medications are prescribed only when a licensed provider decides they are appropriate for you, and some treatments are not suitable for everyone. If a treatment is not right for you, your provider will tell you and discuss what might be.

What does it cost?

Every price is on this page. GLP-1 programs start at $166 a month on a 6-month plan, testosterone care starts with a $249 evaluation that includes labs, HRT for women is $399 for the first month, and lab panels start at $249. Prices are starting prices and vary by the medication your provider prescribes; the exact figure is always shown in the secure portal before you pay.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No long-term contracts. Monthly programs bill monthly and can be cancelled any time. 3 and 6-month plans are paid once, shipped in one order, and priced lower per month. There are no enrollment or cancellation fees.

Can I use insurance, my HSA or a payment plan?

Programs are self-pay, which keeps pricing simple and predictable. HSA and FSA cards are generally accepted at checkout, and Sezzle lets you split any service into four payments. Check with your plan administrator about reimbursement.

How does medication get to me?

If your provider prescribes medication, a licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it to your door in discreet packaging, usually within a few business days. Refills are coordinated through your patient portal, and the care team walks you through how to take it.

Do I need labs?

Often, yes. Labs give your provider a baseline and can surface thyroid, metabolic or hormone issues that change the plan. You can upload recent results, or your provider orders a draw at a lab near you. Some panels are collected at home. Testosterone therapy always requires labs before prescribing.

Which states do you serve?

All 50. Every visit is with a provider licensed in the state you are in at the time of the visit. Lab draws through the main network are not available in New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island; the care team arranges an alternative there.

Is my information private?

Yes. Scheduling, intake and your health information are handled inside a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal, not on this website. This site does not collect or store health information.

What is the difference between branded and compounded medication?

Branded medications are FDA-approved products from the manufacturer. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and are not FDA approved. REFUVIA offers both where available. Your provider explains the difference, and the choice is made together during your consultation based on medical necessity, availability and your preference.
