These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is, and is not
This website provides educational information about weight and metabolic health, hormone therapy, longevity and related services, and connects visitors to independent, licensed healthcare services. This site does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on it creates a provider-patient relationship. The interactive tools on this site are educational and prepare you for a visit; they do not evaluate, diagnose or recommend treatment.
Faithful Health and Wellness LLC, doing business as REFUVIA Wellness, operates this website. All medical services are provided by licensed providers through the Heally care platform, under separate terms you accept when you register there. Prescriptions, when appropriate, are filled by licensed pharmacies.
2. Medical services are governed by Heally's patient terms
When you book a consultation, create a patient account or receive any care, those services are governed by the Heally Patient Terms, including the Telehealth Informed Consent, not by these Terms.
All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare professionals. Medications are prescribed only when medically necessary. GLP-1 medications are not suitable for everyone. Results may vary. All treatment is subject to licensed-provider approval.
3. Eligibility
This site is intended for adults 18 and older residing in the United States. Availability of specific services, and whether a visit can be completed by telehealth, varies by state.
4. No reliance; emergencies
Content on this site is informational only, is not a medical evaluation, and should not be relied on in place of advice from a licensed provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the United States.
5. Pricing
Prices on this website are starting prices. They vary by dose, formulation and the medication or program a licensed provider determines is appropriate for you, and they may change. The specific medication and treatment plan, if any, are determined solely by a licensed provider. Final pricing for any medical service is always displayed inside the patient portal before you pay anything. Promotional codes apply only as described at the time of the offer, cannot be combined with multi-month packages, and cannot be combined with each other unless stated.
6. Cancellation, refunds and shipping
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@refuvia.com or by contacting the care team through your patient portal.
- Your initial consultation is free. You are not charged unless you choose to move forward with a lab order or a treatment plan.
- Monthly plans bill each month and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partially used periods are not refunded except where required by law. No cancellation fees apply.
- 3-month and 6-month plans are paid once and dispensed in a single shipment. They do not renew automatically. Once a multi-month shipment has been sent, it is non-refundable, consistent with pharmacy regulations that prevent the return or resale of dispensed prescription medication. If your provider discontinues treatment before a multi-month order ships, you are refunded in full.
- To stop an upcoming medication order, send your cancellation before it ships. Once a medication shipment has been sent, that shipment is non-refundable.
- If there is a shipping problem (a lost, damaged or temperature-compromised shipment), contact the care team and a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
- Delivery dates and transit times are estimates. A shipment may occasionally arrive later than expected because of pharmacy processing, carrier delays, weather, supply constraints or other unforeseen circumstances.
This policy supplements the Heally Patient Terms and the checkout disclosures shown in the patient portal. If those terms or applicable law provide you with greater rights, those rights still apply.
7. Intellectual property
The REFUVIA Wellness name, mark and site content are owned by Faithful Health and Wellness LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners; references are educational, and no affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship is implied.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by scraping, interfering with its operation, misrepresenting your identity, or using content to provide or imply medical advice.
9. Third-party links
Links to third-party sites (including the Heally platform) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faithful Health and Wellness LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
